We’ll guide you just enough to get those beautifully composed shots you’d want framed, while also capturing the candid moments in between — the laughs, glances, and quiet gestures that tell your story best.
Not in the way you might expect. Our creatives provide thoughtful editorial guidance while giving you the freedom to move naturally, connect with one another, and remain fully yourselves. Every direction is intentional, but never so rigid that the moment begins to feel staged.
Building a genuine connection with you is just as important. As trust and comfort grow, the camera becomes less present, allowing sincere moments to unfold naturally. The result is imagery that feels refined, intentional, and deeply personal.
Timeless Tones is dedicated exclusively to wedding photography, while Vellum Films operates as a separate wedding film studio led by a dedicated team of professional filmmakers.
If you’d like both photography and film, Timeless Tones and Vellum Films can work together for a seamless experience. However, booking Vellum Films is not required — you’re completely welcome to choose another filmmaker, and we’re happy to collaborate with any professional team you bring.
We focus on building a genuine connection with our clients to ensure they feel at ease in front of the camera. Our relaxed, unobtrusive approach allows moments to unfold naturally while we provide gentle direction when needed.
- Wedding edited photos are typically delivered within 1 week.
- Pre-wedding photos and videos are delivered 2 to 3 months before the wedding.
- After the client selects the photos for the album, album production will take three (3) months to complete.
- Our Signature Fine Art Portrait frame is delivered together with your album, or 3 months after your wedding.
- Unedited photos can be provided on the same day of your wedding.
We welcome your ideas and inspirations, but the final images will reflect our artistic style. The photographers retain creative control over all aspects of the work.
We embrace all conditions and can create stunning imagery in any setting. However, if the weather is extreme or a life-threatening situation arises, we’ll discuss alternative plans or reschedule if necessary.
Our typical coverage includes:
- Pre-wedding/Prenup: 4 hours (Note: Additional fees apply for shoots over 4 hours or with multiple locations.)
- Wedding: 10-12 hours (Note: Additional fees apply for wedding coverage exceeding 12 hours.)
- Preparation: 4 hours | Ceremony: 1 hour | Post-nuptial shoot: 1 hour | Reception: 2-4 hours
- Additional coverage for the after-party is available for an extra fee.
- Additional fee of ₱10,000 applies to morning weddings with ceremonies starting before 12:00PM.
- Next-Day-Edit Wedding Photos are available as an add-on for an additional ₱5,000

Wedding Highlights (SDE & Non-SDE)
- 5–8 minute cinematic video
- SDE: Edited on the same day and played during the reception
- Non-SDE: Edited after the wedding and delivered in 4–6 weeks
- Captures the most meaningful moments from prep to early reception using natural audio and music
Full Video Highlights
- 10–15 minute cinematic film
- Includes extended scenes like vows, speeches, and candid reactions
- Offers deeper storytelling and emotional pacing
Full Wedding Video
- 30-minute to 1-hour long-form film
- Covers the full day—from preparations to the end of the reception
- Includes complete scenes, full audio segments, and a full narrative flow
Each film is thoughtfully crafted based on the natural flow of your day and the package or add-ons you’ve selected—whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand celebration. We let your story unfold organically, with the final duration shaped by your coverage. We also don’t extend the video beyond what naturally took place on your wedding day.
The posting of any photos on our social media platforms is subject to approval by our marketing team and is not guaranteed. While we value all of our work, decisions regarding what content is shared and the timing of its publication are guided by our current marketing strategy.
Timeless Tones has always been built around a trusted core team—experienced lead photographers and creatives who share the same standards, vision, and way of documenting weddings.
Because of this structure, we can confidently cater to up to two weddings in a day. Both of our leads and core members are fully capable of handling their respective teams, and every wedding is approached with the same level of care, consistency, and creative direction.
For couples who booked with us under this setup, nothing changes. Your assigned lead and core team will continue to handle your wedding as committed. All photographs are also carefully curated and edited under the direction of our leads, ensuring that the final gallery remains consistent with the Timeless Tones look and experience.
Starting October 1, 2026, however, all new bookings will be limited to one wedding per day.
This change is not because we can no longer handle two events. We absolutely can. It is simply a conscious decision to take on fewer weddings each year and be more intentional with how we spend our time.
As Timeless Tones continues to grow, so have our lives outside the studio. Most of us now have families of our own, and we want to make more room for family, rest, personal growth, and the creative space that allows us to keep evolving our work.
Moving forward, we want to photograph fewer weddings, but give even more of ourselves to every celebration we accept.
